These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99db ("Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the 99db platform, available at 99db.io and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof ("Platform").

By registering an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet , participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the 99db Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rules expressly state otherwise.

Access to and use of the 99db Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 99db enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and all regions. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds held in the account will be subject to review.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the 99db Platform. Registering or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 99db or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction on gambling activity that would render your use of the Platform impermissible.

99db reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that an eligibility requirement is not or is no longer satisfied.

To access the full range of features on the 99db Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another person's account. 99db will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

99db reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Currency

All accounts on the 99db Platform operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, and winnings are denominated in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 99db Platform is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 99db, although your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds. Deposits via bank card or bank transfer may take longer depending on the issuing institution.

All funds deposited into your 99db account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 99db does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are typically 1–4 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and 1–3 business days for bank transfers, measured from the point at which all required verification is complete.

99db reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where an account is under review for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations. 99db will not be liable for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing timelines.

4.3 Fees

99db does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side of the transaction. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees or charges, for which 99db accepts no responsibility.

99db offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, and those specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion, including any minimum deposit requirements and opt-in steps.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total value of bets you must place before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms. Live casino table games and certain slots may have reduced or zero contribution rates.
• Bonuses are subject to a validity period. Any unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering will be forfeited on expiry of the validity period without compensation.
• One bonus per promotion per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
• 99db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the offer is being abused or exploited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee returns regardless of outcome — will have their bonus forfeited, their account suspended, and any associated winnings voided. 99db's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

All betting and gaming activity on the 99db Platform is conducted in accordance with the game-specific rules published within each product area. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating. The following general rules apply across all products.

6.1 Sports Betting

Bets placed on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers — and on any other sport offered on the Platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed after confirmation except where the specific rules of the relevant market provide for settlement under defined circumstances (for example, where a match is abandoned before completion).

In-play (live) betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability. Where a live market is suspended mid-event due to a feed disruption, any bets placed during the period of disruption that cannot be settled accurately may be voided at 99db's discretion. 99db's settlement decisions are final.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the 99db Platform are operated by certified third-party studio providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game's outcomes are determined by the provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning procedures conducted in the provider's studio environment. 99db does not control or influence game outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing correctly, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account where technically possible. 99db is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical issues, including but not limited to internet disconnections, device failures, or browser incompatibilities.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, game, and product type and are displayed within each betting interface or game lobby. 99db reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. For high-value accounts, personalised limits may apply at 99db's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99db Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other point.
• Using funds originating from illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or theft, to make deposits on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime, including structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game engines, whether for financial gain or otherwise. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to support immediately and are subject to forfeiture.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of, or to extract unfair advantage from, any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt conduct in connection with any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the 99db support team or any other player.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's backend systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

99db reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity, including money laundering and fraud, to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

99db is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices among all players. In support of this commitment, we provide the following tools accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the 99db Platform or any of its content beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as contemplated by these Terms.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the 99db Platform without express prior written consent from 99db. The 99db name, logo, and brand identifiers are trade marks of 99db and may not be used in any manner without written authorisation.

Game content — including game assets, audio-visual elements, and pay-table data — provided by third-party studio partners such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by 99db under licence. No rights in such content pass to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99db and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 99db Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical failures;
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement calculations where such errors are promptly corrected;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Actions taken by 99db in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or fund withholding during investigation.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The 99db Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or fit for any particular purpose beyond its intended use as an online betting and gaming service.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 99db is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 99db collects personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and deliver customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for the period required by applicable law and our internal data retention policy, following which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

99db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where we make a material change to these Terms, we will provide notice via the Platform (for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the homepage or sending a notification to your registered email address) at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security or operational concern.

The most current version of the Terms is always available on this page and is identified by its effective date. Your continued use of the 99db Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance in accordance with Section 13.

Either party may terminate the agreement formed by these Terms at any time. You may close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. On receipt of a closure request, 99db will process the return of any real-money balance (net of any pending verification obligations and subject to any active responsible gaming restrictions) to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

99db may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect, and may withhold or forfeit your account balance, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in or are suspected of engaging in fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct;
• You no longer satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• We are required to do so by law, court order, or instruction from a competent authority;
• We decide to withdraw the Platform from operation in your jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 99db reserves the right to retain any balance as partial compensation for costs incurred, subject to applicable law. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to your conduct, your real-money balance will be returned to you in full.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. 99db does not seek to exclude any right that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
